What is a Companion Card?
The National Companion Card brings together state and territory programs that enable eligible people with disability who require attendant care support to participate at venues and activities without incurring the cost of a second ticket for their companion.
States and territories are responsible for issuing Companion Cards. To enquire about a Victorian Companion Card, please call the state government on 1800 650 611 or visit their website HERE.
Companion Card vs Carer Card
Whilst a Companion Card is held by the individual with the disability, a Carer Card is held by the carer. For for information about a Victorian Carer Card, please click HERE.

At Marriner Group, we are dedicated to giving exceptional customer care to all patrons and welcome the use of Companion Cards. However, Carer Cards are not valid for concession bookings.
To book a companion card ticket, you can book over the phone or online.
Via Phone:
Our dedicated staff are available to help you between 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Please call us at 1300 11 10 11, selecting option 2.
We will need to add the companion card to your file when booking, so make sure to have it nearby.
Online:
It is possible to book companion card tickets online. However, as we will need to cite the card, all tickets will need to be collected at the venue on the night of the show.
When selecting a seat via the Ticketek website, a window will pop up prompting you to select confirm your selection. If you click the "companion card" drop-down, you will be able to confirm the purchase of your free ticket. (See Below)
