Yes. As we use Ticketek to sell all of our tickets, you will need to create an account with them.
If you do not wish to fill out a complete profile on Ticketek or are having troubles creating an account, you can call through to the Marriner Group Customer Service Team on 1300 11 10 11, and we can help in creating an account for you.
Please note, we can only assist with bookings and issues with The Comedy Theatre, The Princess Theatre, The Regent Theatre, and The Forum Melbourne.
When creating an account, all you will need to provide is your First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number.
There are multiple reasons we need this information.
- If there is important information regarding the show that we need to send out. i.e: Show cancellation, reallocations etc…
- If there is an emergency during the show and the venue is evacuated, we have a list of patrons and where they were sat.
- To make changes to or reprint an order, we need to match details on patron accounts.
