When booking tickets online via Ticketek for Marriner Group venues (Princess Theatre, Regent Theatre, Comedy Theatre, Forum Melbourne), an error message may pop up saying that your credit card has been blocked.
This may be an issue with your bank's security or Ticketek's security system.
If you have contacted your bank and there isn't an issue on their end, please give our dedicated Customer Service team a call on 1300 11 10 11* (option 1), and they can assist in purchasing the tickets with you over the phone.
*PLEASE NOTE: We can only assist with purchasing tickets for our venues (as mentioned above). If you are having issues with other Ticketek venues, please contact them directly HERE.
Alternatively, you can purchase tickets at the box office of the Princess Theatre and the Regent Theatre (see below for operating hours).
